1995	11810 Bel Terrace, Bel Air. New SFR. Architectural design home featuring built in furniture, mitered windows and below grade construction behind berm.
1995	120 Stone Canyon, Bel Air. Addition to residence.
1995	2321 Westwood Boulevard, Westwood. Matteo's restaurant, interior upgrade, new two story exterior facade.
1995	18239 Coastline Drive, Malibu. Six unit condominium on hillside foundation.
1996	5401 McConnell Avenue, West Los Angeles. New offices and factory.
1996	826 Wilshire Blvd. Santa Monica. Restoration of one of Santa Monica's oldest buildings.
1997	215 Entrada, Santa Monica Canyon. Major remodel of 1940's bungalow to Modern Deco style.
1997	644 Radcliffe Ave, Pacific Palisades. Converted existing duplex into one single family residence.
1999	660 Las Casas, Pacific Palisades. Structural redesign. Santa Fe style steel trowel exterior finish. Rear deck cantilevered over canyon.
1999- 2000	15025 Corona Del Mar, Pacific Palisades. Left fireplace and chimney wall standing while converting single story SFR to a two story Mediterranean.
2002	17474 Tramonto Drive, Pacific Palisades. New Mediterranean style SFR with cantilevered structural steel to open views.
2003	317 Windy Bluff, Flushing Michigan. Remodel.
1994- 2004	17440-17470 TramontoDrive. As a member of the Pacific Palisades Community Council, and president of the Pacific Palisades Historical Society, organized meetings between community leaders and the City Councilman to reduce the number of lot splits in future tract #29827, thereby preserving many of the oldest trees and the earliest masonry work in Pacific Palisades. Chiefly responsible for the implementation of a low density plan, 16 acre subdivision, known as the Ocean Woods, State Coastal Commission approval for a maximum of 10 estate home sites, and new city water main, sewer line, storm drain and underground utilities.
